The Pill Dispenser connects to the local wireless network

For the device to work, you will need to have internet service.

Consider the first time you go to a home where you need to connect your phone to network. First you need to know the network name, then you need to know the password.

This applies to the device you are installing now. We need to get that information to the processor that will control the medication dispenser.

Supplying us with the information before we send you the device

When you create an account, you will have access to the Caretaker Portal. One of the menu options is 'Wireless Configuration'. Please double check the data you enter here. We have no way of communicating with the device once it arrives at your home, if this information is incorrect.
